Cody was playing with Sally (our cat), slipped in the kitchen and went head first into the corner of the counter. I was at work when it happened, but was able to get some coverage for a few hours so I could be there when they stitched him up. (Thanks for covering for me Ben!) The numbing medicine is wearing off and he's starting to complain about it hurting a little, but he'll be fine. The doctor who sewed him up was awesome and did a wonderful job!

He'll have one heck of a story to tell when he gets back to school - and a scar to show off, too! Glad it wasn't any more serious!
