The lost weekend
Well, Cody is doing better! Two of his stitches are already gone (disolvable). Yesterday he left to go up to Higgins Lake with one of his friends. Mike & I know his parents, we went to Jr. High & High School with them. They have a cottage up there right on the lake, a pontoon, and mini quads. I haven't heard anything, so I'm assuming he's having a good time (no news is good news, right?). Anyway he was so excited about it that he kept asking me yesterday when they were going to be there to pick him up!!! I was kind of psyched myself because Mike & I were going to have today to ourselves. Cody comes home tomorrow. Well Mike had to work 8hrs over-time, that turned into 10hrs, and then work called me to work tonight (7p-7a). So our day together wasn't! I didn't know what to do with myself being all alone, it was weird, at least the house is clean! ;0) O'well another time I guess. We need gas money anyway, ha ha ha. I hope Cody has a good time anyway. I will keep everyone updated on how his weekend was, hopefully they took some pictures, if so I will post some. Take care & smile!

Mom told me Cody was going up north - that's fun! I'm sure he's having a blast! bummer that you and Mike didn't get the time to spend together...sorry to hear that!
Hey...we just bought a zoo membership and it includes Potter Park. Maybe we can find a day in the next week or two and I can bring the kiddos over for the day and we can all go? what do you think?
